1. What this covers
This disclaimer applies to juste.ai and its subdomains, to our marketing material, and to output generated by the JUSTE platform. It sits alongside our Terms of service, which govern your use of the platform and contain the operative warranties and liability provisions. Where the two differ, the Terms prevail.
2. Not legal, accounting or tax advice
Nothing on this website, in our documentation, or produced by the platform constitutes legal, accounting or tax advice, and none of it should be relied on as such. That includes risk assessments and AML policies generated by JUSTE POLICY: they are drafts prepared from information you supply, reviewed against professional standards, and they become your firm's documents only when your senior management adopts them.
We are not your lawyers. Decisions about your regulatory obligations, and about whether to accept, refuse or report any client, remain yours. Take professional advice on questions specific to your circumstances.
3. AI-assisted output
The platform uses AI to screen, classify and generate due-diligence material. Its output is evidence and structured recommendation for your own decision, not a determination. Specifically:
- Screening reflects the coverage and currency of the underlying sources at the moment it runs. A nil result is not a guarantee that a subject is clean; it evidences what those sources contained at that time.
- Name matching across jurisdictions, scripts and transliterations produces both false positives and false negatives.
- Adverse media analysis and risk recommendations involve probabilistic models.
- The platform enforces your risk policy as codified. If that policy is outdated, it will faithfully enforce an outdated policy.
Using JUSTE does not make your firm compliant, and no supervisor, auditor or court is bound by any classification the platform reaches. What the platform gives you is a governed process and the evidence of how a decision was made. How that is judged remains a matter for the relevant authority. 4. Website content and pricing
We keep this website current, but content may nonetheless be incomplete or out of date, and may change without notice. Prices shown are subject to typographical and programming errors; we accept no liability for the consequences of such errors, and no contract arises from one.
5. Product views and timings
Dashboards, reports and interface views shown in our marketing material are illustrative. They use representative data rather than real clients or real firms, and the layout of the live product will differ.
Timings we quote — for example a screening in about two minutes, or a low-risk client onboarded in about four — are typical for the profile described. Actual times depend on screening results, source response times, your firm's own policy and the risk the client presents. They are not commitments.
6. Awards and programmes
Awards, nominations and programme participation are shown for context. In particular, participation in the FCA Innovation Pathway does not constitute FCA authorisation or endorsement, and JUSTE AI Ltd is not an FCA-authorised firm. Nothing in any award or programme reference implies that a supervisory authority endorses the platform or approves any firm's use of it.
7. Testimonials
Testimonials are the views of the individuals giving them, reflecting their own experience. They are not a prediction of results in your situation, and outcomes depend on factors including your own processes, policy quality and the nature of your client base. We do not offer payment or discounts in exchange for a testimonial.
8. Third-party links
This website links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, and a link does not imply endorsement. Site owners and content change, sometimes before we can remove a link that has gone bad. Other sites have their own privacy policies and terms — read them before sharing information or doing business there.
9. Changes
We update this disclaimer as our services and marketing change. Each version carries a number and date, and the current version is always the one published here.
